Our Technology
Media Referral’s infrastructure has been designed to facilitate the entire IME, peer review, record review and radiology review process, thereby assuring that it is completely integrated.
Our customized software database application was designed exclusively for our company and allows us to track all aspects of pending and closed files. Once a claim is entered into our database, all correspondence is generated therefrom and IMEs, record reviews, peer reviews and radiology reviews are able to be tracked for any and all purposes.

Corporate History
Media Referral Group, Inc., the predecessor corporation to Media Referral, Inc., has been in business since in or about 1990. Linda Ackerman and Arlene Schechter, have been intimately involved in the day-to-day operations and management of the company since 1999 and bought the predecessor corporation and incorporated as Media Referral Inc. in 2000. Prior to becoming involved in this industry, Linda Ackerman had over twenty (20) years experience in the customer service industry. Arlene Schechter, Esq., a duly licensed attorney admitted in the State of New York, was engaged in the private practice of law.
